Built in Amarillo • Serving plants across the U.S.

An engineering-first automation team that actually ships.

NeoGuild Technologies was founded in Amarillo, Texas by a team of engineers who were tired of big, money-hungry automation vendors overpromising and disappearing when it was time to deliver. We're local to the Texas Panhandle, but we design and support systems for plants across the United States.

Our roots are in beef and protein processing, where uptime, sanitation, and line speed aren't theoretical constraints – they're daily reality. From there, we've expanded into other industrial and manufacturing environments that need the same mix of rugged hardware, reliable software, and honest communication.

We stay small on purpose. Every project is led by engineers who write the code, tune the cameras, and stand on the floor during start-up. No four layers of account managers, no “innovation” decks that never make it past PowerPoint.

What we stand for

  • Delivery over hype: systems that run every day matter more than flashy demos.
  • Floor-first design: operators, maintenance, and QA are treated as primary users, not an afterthought.
  • No black boxes: clear documentation, observability, and hand-off so your team isn't dependent on us forever.
  • Industry focus: strong experience in beef & protein, open to any plant where vision, robotics, and ML can move the needle.
